Andrew(product specialist) explained everything that would be done and answered all of our questions. He estimated it would be completed in six weeks and he was spot on.

The communication regarding the project was perfect. Jenna and Tabitha(office managers) texted with updates regarding material arrival, dumpster arrival and when the project would start with plenty of notice for us to prepare.

Shaun (quality control) talked with my husband on the phone and was on site to check on the progress.

The crew was awesome. They started and finished this job in two days. A big job for 2 to 3 people each day. They work very well together. The one thing that impressed me the most with the crew is the cleanup. It was like we never had a new roof put on the house. There was nothing left behind.

We would highly recommend EMR if you’re considering metal roofing.

We had the roof on our home and detached garage replaced with Aluminum Shingle Driftwood Cedar Embossed Shingles. We love the product, sales, company contacts and the installer, everything was very organized and well done. We were kept in the loop and when E.C.M.R. said something was scheduled to happen, it happened! The crew was great and very neat, they cleaned up every day and worked long days to get out roofs completed on schedule. We look forward to enjoying many years of our new roofs. Thank You!

Just standing here, looking at my roof it still looks like the day they did it. Most professional and cleanest roofers. I've ever seen what a great product and what a change to my home.

Extremely pleased with the entire project of replacing my asphalt shingled roof with aluminum shingles as well as updating skylights and gutters. The matte black slate shingles really bump up the curb appeal of my home-just gorgeous.. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Updated gutters handle heavy rain and keep out debris. From start to finish the crew and company are outstanding in their communication and installation performance. We had a point person who was on the site daily for quality control making sure to update us on progress and answer any questions we had. The crew at end of day left the work site in clean order. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for your roofing needs.

From the first call and then the first visit with the Product Spec. Mike Kromm in February, we had a great experience. He's Very knowledgeable regarding the product and was able to answer all questions we had, and we felt very comfortable working with him and ECMR. He connected us to the other staff, Sean(Quality Control), Jenna & Milena (Office Managers) who were also great in getting answers on timing, deliveries and paperwork. The team that worked at our home were amazing, polite and friendly, they did an amazing job "including" clean-up. Christian provided a comprehensive overview of their services and developed a complete estimate for the project that included timelines, materials, and staffing. The office staff kept me informed leading up to and throughout the actual work. Shaun managed the QC process throughout but the real stars were Wilson and his extremely hard-working installation crew. They arrived early, stayed late, and worked hard every day. Very happy with East Coast Metal Roofing and highly recommend their services.

Clean up after every day. Whole mess after was 4 nails… that’s it! They sweep, use a magnet, tarps, supplied dumpster. I got a roof for life. Nothing is out of place. I looked. I expected to see at least something to complain about, lord knows nothing is reliable these days… I was WRONG. This was a breath of fresh air. It’s clean, lines are straight. No dents, no cuts, no “ close enough”. Flawless. Period.
Expensive? Compared to what? I look for value. And I 100% got my money’s worth. The value of the installed product is worth more than I paid. These guys went over and above ( sorry for the pun) on this job. The GC says , nope, this is how we do business.

We called East Coast Metal Roofing because we were going to need a new roof in 2 or 3 years. We got two estimates for an asphalt roof but wanted to explore a possible metal roof. Taft came over and was able to give us an estimate and everything that was included. He was upfront with the pricing. My wife and I decided that day and signed the contract. The entire process went very smoothly. Everyone from Jenna and Milena who answered all my questions and set up the dropoff/pickup of materials and dumpster, to Keith who made sure the job was completed correctly. The crew who worked on our house all deserve raises! (Previous owners had put a second roof over the first one so ripping all that down must have been a pain.) Still, the entire job was done in two days!
Taft followed up at the end, and I feel that if we do have any issues with the roof (I don't suspect we will) ECMR will be there.

From the moment I reached out, their office team of Jenna and Milena, responded within minutes and scheduled a next-day visit with Project Specialist, Andrew. He was authentic, knowledgeable, and never pressured me—his approach built immediate trust.

Throughout the process, communication was clear and transparent. They kept me informed about material deliveries, dumpster placement, and every step of the timeline. The installation team, led by Eduardo with onsite quality control from Keith, worked efficiently and shared photos and videos of hidden areas like damaged plywood so I could see exactly what was happening. This level of openness gave me complete confidence in their work.

Despite cold conditions, they completed the roof in two days, replaced two skylights with custom adjustments, and resolved unforeseen issues quickly and correctly. The crew left the site spotless, and the finished roof is beautiful.

I had a metal roof installed About five years ago yesterday high winds loosened a piece of metal around my skylight. Less than 24 hours later, my skylight was repaired by Jon Gordon and The Crew! No hassle just friendly And prompt service! Can't say enough about this company thank you so much!

East Coast roofing was very thorough in there inspection and quote for metal roof. Very professional and excellent work, best of all no more ice buildup since 8 years after installation. Highly recommend their product and work.

My wife and I purchased a home with a roof recently installed by ECMR. At the time of sale, the realtor said the warranty was all set. We actually had to transfer the warranty but Jenna and Milena were able to do so in less than a week after we provided our sales disclosure. There were no hoops to jump through or difficulties getting the warranty transferred.

We had a leak in our attic that caused some water damage and prompted my initial call to ECMR. The issue turned out to be some plumbing in the attic which we repaired and remedied the issue. While first diagnosing the problem, we thought it could be the roof leaking so we got in touch with ECMR. Their service manager Jon Gordon reached out to us from his personal cell phone in about an hour to discuss the problem. He prioritized getting a team out to address the issue immediately. Jon was available any time we tried to reach him and thoroughly answered all our questions and concerns. Although it didn't turn out to be a roof issue, and their service team didn't have to come out, we were really impressed with their personable customer service and communication. We doubt we will have any issues with the roof in the future but if we do we know we are in great hands and this company truly cares about their customers even in the situation of an ownership transfer.
