We worked with Mike on their team over a couple of years since we had some complications with our roof that needed be addressed. He was there with us every step of the way. He has always been responsive and helpful. We cannot say enough good things about working with him and the rest of the ECMR team. From the crew that did the installation to the office team, everyone was professional and pleasant to work with.

We're delighted with our new roof from ECMR! Mike (Product Specialist), Shaun (Quality Control), Jenna & Alex (Office Managers) and the The Crew were phenomenal to work with. Mike stepped us through the entire process and provided several options both from a product standpoint as well as financing, which took a lot of our worry away. The Crew were very pleasant and punctual to work with. Cleanup and extra materials were whisked away and accept for a couple stray roofing nails here and there the property was left in very good condition. The entire job took about two weeks to complete due to inclement weather however, we were notified in advance if The Crew would be unable to make it. If you're thinking of going with a metal roof give ECMR a call! You won't regret it!!!

Really enjoyed working with an Ian M., Keith Z,Jenna and Alex and the install team at East Coast Metal Roofing. The communication from start to finish was top notch and the install was beautiful. The team was flexible when I ran into some scheduling problems and was so accommodating during my project. Big shoutout to Ian and Keith, they go above and beyond expectations and should be really proud of what they do! Jimmy on the install was also great! East Coast Metal Roofing is by far the best contractor my husband and I have dealt with in our thirty years of homeownership. From the moment Ian came in and and walked us through the product and process we knew our search for a new roof was over. Getting older I just dont want to think about my roof again and the 75yr warranty does just that. The crew they sent was absolutely the best professional contractors I could wish for. The fact a quality control person is assigned to your job and shows up every day is amazing. But beyond all this was the level of communication. I knew what what happening every step of the way including when the crew would show up in AM and leave for lunch ( key to letting my dogs out to potty). I really have zero complaints and only praise for Ian, the Quality Control guys ( wish I could remember their two names) and the actual crew. I cant recommend them highly enough. If in on the fence, go with ECMR. Hands down. I wish it wa a sunny day to show off how stunning the roof is. Oh and throwing away my roof snow rake, and giving away the roof power washer was a bonus. Grateful that maintenance is behind me.

Very happy with our new roof! Thanks to Patrick our salesman for spending three hours with us on a Sunday ,showing us how their roofing system works! Jenna and Alex in the office kept me informed of when the job was going to start. The day of the install ,Shaun from Quality control showed up, he went over the job with me and checked the materials that were going to be used. Manny and his roofing crew arrived ,they began to put tarps all around our house to protect it and catch all debris. In an hour and a half they had our roof striped ,I was very impressed!! They worked non stop all day ,these guys were awesome!!! By 6:30 that night, they had our roof complete!! Our new roof looks great! Looking forward to getting some snow on it! Thanks ECMR! It gives me a good deal of pleasure to write an extremely positive review of our recent experience with East Coast Metal Roofing. From the initial phone inquiry to the last shingle nailed on the roof the good people at ECMR were extremely supportive, helpful and committed to meeting our roofing needs. The front office, ECMR personal (Pat Saad and Steve Elliott) and the dedicated, professional crew that installed the new roof were respectful of our requests and timetable to have the project completed. We were amazed at the efficiency and attention to detail that the crew put forth in 20 degree weather and 3 inches of fresh snow after the first day of work. The work site was left in good order at the end of each work day, reflecting the care and attention to pleasing the customer. The follow-up from Pat after the project was completed, was outstanding as he was quick to share his business card and encouraged us to contact him if we had any concerns or questions. It is rare in this day and age that such a personal approach and quality service is taken with customers. Phone calls and emails were returned promptly from the front office, Pat and Steve. We'll never need another roof on our little cape style house. We love that we no longer roof rake or shovel snow from our house or garage... Additionally, the roof is not louder when it rains, just different.

When there's a misty day or heavy dew it doesn't sit and soak in, the light layer of water runs off. Additionally, the roof is not louder when it rains, just different. The snow is loud as it cascades off the roof but it is amazing to watch and over in less than a minute.

We had a new metal roof installed through ECMR, and it was a great experience. We had been talking and looking into a new roof for a few years, and then developed our first leak. I contacted EMCR the next day for an estimate, and Mike came out the following day to measure and meet with us.
Metal roofs are not cheap, but the lifetime guarantee—transferable for the first FIFTY years—is amazing. We signed that day, and Jenna from the office was great at keeping us informed. They started work three weeks later, and in FOUR DAYS our roof was completed. Keith and Phil updated us as it went, and the crew was excellent.
I’m so glad we made this decision, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
