From the first call and then the first visit with the Product Spec. Mike Kromm in February, we had a great experience. He's Very knowledgeable regarding the product and was able to answer all questions we had, and we felt very comfortable working with him and ECMR. He connected us to the other staff, Sean(Quality Control), Jenna & Milena (Office Managers) who were also great in getting answers on timing, deliveries and paperwork.
