We called East Coast Metal Roofing because we were going to need a new roof in 2 or 3 years. We got two estimates for an asphalt roof but wanted to explore a possible metal roof. Taft came over and was able to give us an estimate and everything that was included. He was upfront with the pricing. My wife and I decided that day and signed the contract. The entire process went very smoothly. Everyone from Jenna and Milena who answered all my questions and set up the dropoff/pickup of materials and dumpster, to Keith who made sure the job was completed correctly. The crew who worked on our house all deserve raises! (Previous owners had put a second roof over the first one so ripping all that down must have been a pain.) Still, the entire job was done in two days! Taft followed up at the end, and I feel that if we do have any issues with the roof (I don't suspect we will) ECMR will be there. I would highly recommend East Coast Metal Roofing if you are looking for a durable high quality roof that will last a very long time.
