We live right on the ocean coast, and every time winds got strong, asphalt shingles from the roof were flying all around. Repairs were expensive but not long lasting. We received a few metal roofing estimates, and all of them were too expensive. Then we contacted ECMR. The Sales person, his name is Taft, came and showed us samples, explained the process, and answered our questions. Then he took measurements and gave us the price which was the best price on the market. Also, it was the best presentation we saw.. Installation began at the end of January, weather was terrible, but they worked from dawn to dusk. Installers led by Manny were very professional and responsive to all our concerns. Quality Control manager Mike was coming every day to make sure everything is done right. Beside the roof itself, 2 skylights were replaced as well, thanks to Quality manager Sean for amazing job. The next day after the installation storm happened, which was the test of the roof quality, proving we were right in our choice of ECMR. During the installation we also contacted with few questions with a wonderful guy, Kyle, who is the boss of the sales people. There was no one time he didn't help us to resolve our questions. Now we have a durable and excellent looking roof with lifetime warranty. We got a lot of compliments from our neighbors. Thanks to ECMR and the installation team for a great job. We highly recommend ECMR to everyone willing to replace their roof with a metal one.
