Choosing ECMR for our metal roof was a great decision. We first had contact with the office, Jenna and Alex explained the process and schedule us for our consultation working around our schedule. I received prompt email notification on what to expect and product information. This company is very thorough. The day of our consultation we met with Paul Fleming. Paul introduced himself and verified exactly what we wanted and started measuring to provide us an accurate price. When Paul entered my house to sit and talk with us, he removed his shoes to not track dirt in my house, he was so respectful and kind. He went over everything, start to finish. He gave us a timeline and all the information. He even gave us contact information of everyone on the “team” so if anything came up I’d know who to contact. I was notified about everything. I knew when to expect the product delivery and when to expect the dumpster. Communication with ECMR was excellent. The first morning when the crew arrived we met Shaun LaForce, quality control. He made sure the project went as planned and our expectations were being met. Long story short, we love our roof! The crew finished sooner than we expected and they left my yard as it was before they arrived. Our house and garage look amazing with our new metal roof. Thank you ECMR!!!
