From the start to finish, my experience with ECMR was very positive. From first conversation with a salesperson to the visit from QA person after job was done, we felt very well taken care of. Ray came with all materials and samples to help us understand the process, pros and cons of the project. The crew who did actual installation, was amazing, hard working people. Our roof is rather steep and complicated, so the project took almost a week. Sergey spend a lot of time on premises supervising the work and taking care of the problems as soon as they arose. We felt very supported as there always was someone to talk to if we had any questions - Sergey, Doug and Ray were professional and helpful. After the roof was finished, not only the crew cleaned everything, but a QA person stopped by and checked that it was done properly. The metal shingle roof is an expensive project, and you want to deal with someone who is professional and responsible. That is exactly what ECMR is. And we have the best roof in the neighborhood!
