From start to finish the team at ECMR was fantastic! Andrew(Product Specialist) was informative, honest and on top of his profession from the get go explaining how the whole process would work. He answered every question we had and once our initial meeting was complete both my wife and I were excited to begin. We received updated emails about everything that was going to occur during the project and it was never an issue getting hold of Andrew or our on site quality control guy Shaun. Shaun met us the first day of install and let us know in person how things were going to progress. Once The Crew got started on the job it went very fast. The whole team was dedicated to working and it showed. Anytime we wanted something specific done it was met with a smile and the answer was always yes. I think start to finish took less than a week and we are very happy! This roof is a lifetime thing so we won't get the chance to use ECMR again but we highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

From the start with Patrick Saad this was a very pleasant experience. From start to finish everyone involved was amazing. Very professional and curteous. The installers were absolute Rock Stars. Would recommend this company to anyone. The roof and gutters look amazing.

I can’t say enough great things about East Coast Metal Roofing. The Permalock product itself is beautiful, and you can just see the durability and know that it’s going to last a lifetime; I would not be excited about going with asphalt, but with a metal roof, although more expensive, the excitement in the beauty and the lifetime guarantee is way, way worth the price. East Coast itself and their subcontractors hit our project out of the park. It was a rather complicated project because we own a timber frame house and there was a lot of rot in the roof panels. The quote was spot on, and the dedication and quality of work was top notch. Obviously getting 5 stars from me, and would recommend East Coast to anyone who’s looking for a metal roof. Lastly, we went with the slate shingle; we were thinking of going standing seam, but definitely glad we went with East Coast and Permalock. Thanks East Coast!

From our first inquiry to completion of our new roof project we were delighted with the responsiveness, workmanship and customer first approach of East Coast Metal Roofing. Caitrin’s call only a few minutes after our inquiry posted to ECMR’s website gave us a great impression of what was to come. As she set up our roof inspection, she informed us of what to expect next. This included a call from a manager to confirm our appointment. Dave was punctual, did a thorough inspection, explained the Permalock shingles and installation process. He provided an accurate estimate of timing and what to expect from the construction team. He also explained differences between his product and others we’d researched and quickly provided a solution to a bathroom venting issue we had since our home was built. There was no pressure selling, which made it easy for us to make an instantaneous decision. Jenna then took over communication to keep us updated of the start date and when to expect delivery of a dumpster and materials. Baja and his team were fast, hardworking (on site until dark) and quickly addressed a small punch list. Throughout installation Shaun kept us informed of progress and next steps. His safety-first mindset for the install team (pausing our project when wind gusts were too high for his team to be on our roof) was applauded and appreciated. During final inspection, Kevin was great and walked our property to recover stray nails and shingle debris. Dave completed our project by filing of our warranty. Overall, all at ECMR fulfilled their promise by providing an exceptional experience from start to finish. We have no hesitation recommending this customer-first company for your roofing project.

ECMR company is just amazing! We called and sales rep Chris Lacky came out immediately! His presentation was impressive and the discount was too good to turn up! They scheduled a date but when our leak got worse, I called Chris. Minutes later he informed me the roof would be done the next week… and it was and it’s perfect! The crew led by Shaun were professional and cleaned up daily! Shaun returned when the job was totally done, inspected it with us and only took the last 1/3 payment when WE were satisfied! Just a five star experience, product, service and customer happiness!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Ian worked with us to price the project, explain the process and answer any questions. Installation was a breeze. Crew was hardworking and courteous throughout keeping the worksite clean of debris as we have two dogs. Phil oversaw the project and was a consummate professional who was always around explaining expectations and answering any questions. You'll pay a little more for this type of roof but the look, quality and durability can't be beat.
