From start to finish the team at ECMR was fantastic! Andrew(Product Specialist) was informative, honest and on top of his profession from the get go explaining how the whole process would work. He answered every question we had and once our initial meeting was complete both my wife and I were excited to begin. We received updated emails about everything that was going to occur during the project and it was never an issue getting hold of Andrew or our on site quality control guy Shaun. Shaun met us the first day of install and let us know in person how things were going to progress. Once The Crew got started on the job it went very fast. The whole team was dedicated to working and it showed. Anytime we wanted something specific done it was met with a smile and the answer was always yes. I think start to finish took less than a week and we are very happy! This roof is a lifetime thing so we won't get the chance to use ECMR again but we highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
