It gives me a good deal of pleasure to write an extremely positive review of our recent experience with East Coast Metal Roofing. From the initial phone inquiry to the last shingle nailed on the roof the good people at ECMR were extremely supportive, helpful and committed to meeting our roofing needs. The front office, ECMR personal (Pat Saad and Steve Elliott) and the dedicated, professional crew that installed the new roof were respectful of our requests and timetable to have the project completed. We were amazed at the efficiency and attention to detail that the crew put forth in 20 degree weather and 3 inches of fresh snow after the first day of work. The work site was left in good order at the end of each work day, reflecting the care and attention to pleasing the customer. The follow-up from Pat after the project was completed, was outstanding as he was quick to share his business card and encouraged us to contact him if we had any concerns or questions. It is rare in this day and age that such a personal approach and quality service is taken with customers. Phone calls and emails were returned promptly from the front office, Pat and Steve. It is clear that the ECMR has invested a great deal in the quality of their product as our new roof looks spectacular. Metal shingles, from our point of view, is the only way to go when deciding on metal or asphalt for a new roof.
