Working with East Coast Metal Roofing was a very positive experience from start to finish. Andrew Bousquet (Product Specialist) answered all of our questions in our intake session, and he was very responsive to our individual needs and concerns. Installation for our roof began in January, which was not a problem for Keith Zereski (the Quality Control Manager) and professional crew. We were surprised how quickly the crew worked to not only replace our roof, but lay down new plywood across our entire roof and repair/close off an area of skylight damage. Throughout the process we were in contact with both Andrew and Keith, and the work was completed quickly with every level of professionalism and care. We feel so happy with our finished roof, especially knowing that this roof will be our last roof install we will have to do on this house.
