We had a new metal roof installed through ECMR, and it was a great experience. We had been talking and looking into a new roof for a few years, and then developed our first leak. I contacted EMCR the next day for an estimate, and Mike came out the following day to measure and meet with us. Metal roofs are not cheap, but the lifetime guarantee—transferable for the first FIFTY years—is amazing. We signed that day, and Jenna from the office was great at keeping us informed. They started work three weeks later, and in FOUR DAYS our roof was completed. Keith and Phil updated us as it went, and the crew was excellent. I’m so glad we made this decision, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
