My wife and I decided to go with East Coast Metal Roofing for the quality product and peace of mind knowing we wouldn’t have to worry about our roof again. We expected some hiccups given that our house is 80 years old. Chris at ECMR was up front at the first meeting outlining what may need to be done when they started pulling the old roof off (plywood, gutters, etc). When work started, although there were uppers to the project cost, they weren’t a surprise because we already discussed them. During install we did experience some “collateral damage” to vents and siding but ECMR repaired and replaced everything no questions asked. The customer service and commitment to making everything right before the job was done was a big load off our minds. Now that the job is done, our house looks great and we couldn’t be happier with our new roof. Would definitely recommend ECMR.
