WINTER WORKS GIVEAWAY IS VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. THE FOLLOWING GIVEAWAY IS VALID ONLY TO ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS (AS DEFINED BELOW), AND PRIZES SHALL ONLY BE AWARDED TO ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SEE "HOW TO PARTICIPATE - ALTERNATE MEANS OF ENTRY" BELOW.

Entry Period

Customers and entrants may qualify for the Winter Works Giveaway (the "Giveaway") with East Coast Metal Roofing (the "Sponsor") from November 1, 2026 through February 14, 2027 (the "Entry Period"). The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Who May Participate

The Giveaway is open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry and who own an Eligible Home as defined below. Sponsor may require proof of age, identity, and residency. Employees of the Sponsor and Administrator (collectively, the "Promotion Entities") and each of their immediate family members are not eligible.

Eligible Home and Service Area

An "Eligible Home" is a residential building owned by the entrant and located in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Connecticut, Rhode Island, or Florida. These seven states constitute the eligible service area for this Giveaway. Nonresidential buildings and properties outside these states are not eligible. The Grand-Prize roof and Third-Prize gutter system must be installed at the Eligible Home identified in the winning entry. Sponsor may require verification of property ownership, residential use, and project/home address before awarding a Prize.

How to Participate - Qualifying Customers and Qualifying Purchases

To receive an automatic entry as a "Qualifying Customer," a customer must make a "Qualifying Purchase" during the Entry Period. A "Qualifying Purchase" is the purchase of one or more Qualifying Products from East Coast Metal Roofing during the Entry Period for an eligible home owned by the customer and located in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Connecticut, Rhode Island, or Florida. Each Qualifying Purchase is eligible for automatic entry, subject to the limit of one entry per household/project address across all methods of entry. Multiple purchases, or submitting a postcard in addition to a purchase, do not provide additional entries. The participating Sponsor location is:

Qualifying Product and Grand-Prize Scope

As used herein, "Qualifying Product" means a new metal roofing system purchased from East Coast Metal Roofing. Sales tax, fascia, rot repairs, plywood, skylights, venting, solar, gutters, gutter guards, structural repairs, code upgrades, permitting issues, HOA approvals, and any other products, services, upgrades, repairs, conditions, or charges outside the approved new metal roofing system are not included in the qualifying roof purchase amount or Grand-Prize scope unless expressly approved in writing by Sponsor. These roof-specific exclusions do not eliminate the separate Third Prize described below. In the event of a dispute over categorization of Qualifying Product, eligible home status, project scope, or prize fulfillment, Sponsor's decision shall be final, subject to applicable law. New purchases or additions/changes to existing contracts made outside the Entry Period are not eligible for automatic entry under this offer.

Qualifying Customers must complete and execute a binding purchase contract and satisfy the financial requirements applicable to their Qualifying Purchase. Non-qualifying purchases do not receive automatic entry. Participation in the Giveaway does not waive or limit any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law or the purchase agreement. Failure to win a Prize does not, by itself, entitle a purchaser to a promotional refund, rebate, or other Prize under this Giveaway.

How to Participate - Alternate Means of Entry

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter without making a purchase, hand print your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, project/home address, and a statement that you own the home located at the project/home address on a 3x5-inch postcard and mail it to: East Coast Metal Roofing Winter Works Giveaway, 254 Sutton Ave, Oxford, MA 01540. Mail-in entries must be postmarked from November 1, 2026 through February 14, 2027 and received before the live drawing on February 18, 2027 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time to be included. Limit one entry per household/project address, regardless of entry method. Mail-in entries are included in the same drawing pool as automatic entries, are eligible for all three Prizes, and have the same chances of winning. No mechanically reproduced, copied, incomplete, illegible, postage-due, late, lost, misdirected, or inaccurate entries will be accepted.

Winter Works Giveaway - Three Prizes / Three Separate Winners

Three separate eligible entrants will be selected to receive the following prizes, subject to these Official Rules: one Grand Prize, one Second Prize, and one Third Prize (each a "Prize" and collectively, the "Prizes"). Limit one Prize per household/project address.

Grand Prize - Professionally Installed Metal Roof

One eligible winner will receive a new metal roofing system professionally installed by East Coast Metal Roofing on the winner's eligible home, subject to the approved project scope and the exclusions stated under "Qualifying Product and Grand-Prize Scope." An eligible entrant who entered without making a purchase may receive the Grand Prize without purchasing a roof. The Grand Prize is awarded as goods and services and is not a cash award.

If the selected Grand-Prize winner has made a Qualifying Purchase, Sponsor may fulfill the Grand Prize through a credit toward the qualifying new metal roofing system, cancellation of the remaining qualifying balance owed to Sponsor, and/or reimbursement of amounts already paid for that qualifying system. Any such credit, balance cancellation, or reimbursement is solely fulfillment of the Grand Prize. A credit or reimbursement does not by itself cancel or modify a separate third-party financing agreement. No separate cash equivalent, excess value, or additional compensation will be awarded. Charges excluded from the approved Grand-Prize scope remain the winner's responsibility.

The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize will depend on the approved project scope and must be disclosed for tax and promotional purposes. The Grand-Prize winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and any charges, upgrades, repairs, conditions, or work not included in the approved Grand-Prize scope.

Second Prize - Generac Home Standby Generator

One eligible winner will receive a Generac 10kW standby generator with transfer switch, model G0073210. Approximate retail value of the base generator prize: $4,619.00. Installation is not included and is the winner's responsibility.

The Second-Prize winner may elect to upgrade to another model by paying the price difference between the awarded model and the selected upgrade. Upgrade pricing and arrangements must be confirmed with Sponsor before Prize fulfillment. Installation is not included with the awarded model or any upgrade. The paid-upgrade option does not create a right to a cash payment, cash credit, or reimbursement in place of the generator Prize.

Third Prize - White 6-Inch Gutter System

One eligible winner will receive a white 6-inch gutter system with standard installation on the winner's eligible home. Top-mounted gutters or mounting wedges, if required, are not included in the Prize and are an additional charge payable by the winner. The approximate retail value of the Third Prize will depend on the approved project scope and must be disclosed for tax and promotional purposes.

General Prize Restrictions

Each Prize is awarded as the goods and/or services expressly described for that Prize. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be assigned or redeemed for cash. No Prize substitution is permitted except for the Second-Prize winner's paid generator upgrade expressly described above. The Grand-Prize fulfillment arrangements for a winning Qualifying Customer are the only permitted credits, qualifying balance cancellations, or reimbursements. No separate cash equivalent, excess value, or additional compensation will be awarded. Sponsor and Administrator decisions concerning eligibility, project addresses, qualifying purchase amounts, Prize scope, and Prize fulfillment are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

Winter Works Giveaway - Drawing Requirements

The live drawing will take place on February 18, 2027 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Three eligible entrants will be selected in succession from the pool of eligible automatic and mail-in entries. The first selected eligible entrant will be the potential Grand-Prize winner, the second will be the potential Second-Prize winner, and the third will be the potential Third-Prize winner. A selected entry will be removed from consideration for the remaining Prizes so that no household/project address can win more than one Prize. All selections are subject to eligibility verification under these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize Award & Delivery

Each selected entrant must be verified under these Official Rules before the applicable Prize is awarded. Prize fulfillment, installation where included, scheduling, and completion are subject to verification, property ownership confirmation, eligible home confirmation, approved project scope where applicable, permitting, weather, product availability, site conditions, scheduling availability, and completion of any required documents. Roof installation may take approximately 8-12 weeks or longer after the live drawing and verification, depending on project requirements and conditions. Generator delivery or pickup arrangements will be coordinated with the Second-Prize winner and are subject to product availability and scheduling; generator installation is not included.

Each Prize recipient must accept the applicable Prize from Sponsor or as otherwise instructed by Sponsor. Grand-Prize roof installation and Third-Prize standard gutter installation are included only to the extent expressly described above. Generator installation, required top-mounted gutter installation or mounting wedges, and other costs outside the expressly included Prize scope are the recipient's responsibility. Recipients are responsible for all applicable taxes, including any applicable local, state, and federal income taxes, and for required approvals, permissions, or property-related requirements not included in the approved Prize scope. Recipients may be required to complete and return necessary documents, including a liability/publicity release, property ownership verification, project authorization documents, and/or a W-9 form.

IMPORTANT

If a selected entrant does not satisfy eligibility, verification, ownership, project/home location, documentation, or applicable Prize-fulfillment requirements, that Prize may be forfeited and an alternate eligible entrant may be selected for that Prize from the remaining eligible entries. An alternate selection does not entitle another Prize winner to an additional Prize. No cash, refund, rebate, or compensation of any kind will be provided in place of a Prize except for the Grand-Prize fulfillment arrangements expressly described above for a winner with a Qualifying Purchase.

Additional Rules and Restrictions

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Giveaway, subject to applicable law. If an entrant is awarded a Prize and is later found to be in violation of these rules, the entrant may be required to forfeit the Prize or reimburse Sponsor for its stated value, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes permission for the Sponsor, Administrator, and their agencies to use the winner's name and/or likeness for advertising and trade in any media worldwide without further compensation unless prohibited by law. False, fraudulent, or deceptive entries or acts render entrants ineligible for any Prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Giveaway if a problem corrupts its administration, security, or proper operation, subject to applicable law. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing or advertising of the offer, administration or execution of the Giveaway, or announcement of Prize winners.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, by accepting a Prize, entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Promotion Entities (collectively, the "Releasees") from claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental, or consequential, arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, installation where applicable, use, or misuse of a Prize or participation in Prize-related activities, and to assume liability in connection therewith.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Releasees shall not be liable to an entrant or any other person for failure to supply a Prize or any part thereof by reason of acts of God, pandemic, actions, regulations, orders, or requests of a governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption, weather, property condition, permitting delay, product availability, or another cause beyond Releasees' control. No more than three Prizes will be awarded: one Grand Prize, one Second Prize, and one Third Prize. No household/project address may receive more than one Prize.

IN CASE OF DISPUTES

To the extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant agrees that disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway or a Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to a class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within Massachusetts. Claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Giveaway, but not attorneys' fees, to the extent such a limitation is permitted by law. No awards for punitive, incidental, consequential, multiplied, or increased damages shall be available to the extent that exclusion is permitted by law.

Issues concerning construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of an entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by Massachusetts law without giving effect to choice-of-law or conflict-of-law provisions that would cause another jurisdiction's laws to apply, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Nothing in these Official Rules waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
