What an outstanding experience from start to finish! Our home very much needed a new roof as the one we had on previous to our new ECMR roof was well over 30 years old and showing lots of signs of wear and tear. When the guy came out to give a quote, he was extremely polite and professional. He took the time to introduce himself and his background with the company and his experience in the roofing business. He then excused himself to go take pictures and measurements outside the house. That took about 20-25 minutes. When he came back in the home, he asked if it was ok to enter again and he went up into the attic to take a look at the plywood base. He was very honest about what he saw and why he was looking in specific areas for certain things - very informative! After the initial measurement and inspection, we sat at the dinner table and he gave his presentation. This included information about what he saw during his inspection as well as a brief "what to expect" during his presentation. That really helped to give context when he was talking about all the technical stuff and the options at the end. During presentation, he was very open, honest and upfront about EVERYTHING!! From cost to timeline to complete an install to the differences between traditional options and that of ECMR. He even took the time to actually LISTEN to our questions and concerns as we had never done a roof install before. He wasn't pushy...he wasn't condescending...he was a relatable person that we felt very comfortable speaking with. After we decided to move forward with ECMR, he again was superb. He stayed in contact throughout the install process and the install crew were beyond professional, informative, and took great care of our home and property. They picked up EVERYTHING (minus a few small rogue pieces) and made it look like they were never there! Go with ECMR...you won't be disappointed!! I would recommend them to anyone!!
