It was time to replace our roof and had heard an ad on the radio for East Coast Metal Roofing. We called and were able to schedule an appointment with Paul on a Saturday. He was very professional and informative. I am not going to lie, when we heard the price, we almost backed out, which would have been a huge mistake, as we are a firm believer that you get what you pay for. When the crew arrived, it took only four days and our roof was done, during a global pandemic. They all did an amazing job, no damage to our house and no mess left behind. The only concern we had was with the financing East Coast Metal Roofing recommended. The origination fee was $2300 on top of the loan and this was not communicated to us. I recommend you ask about all options available to you before going that route. We were told after the fact that we could have held our quote with simply putting money down and then seeking our own financing. Overall, as you can see, it’s beautiful and we are extremely happy with the outcome. It comes with a lifetime warranty that is transferable. We are still giving 5 stars even with the financing mishap because Paul was always available and kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. We highly recommend East Coast Metal Roofing and Paul.
