I can't say enough great things about this company. Kyle, the friendly, professional sales person, not only gave us all of his recommendations after inspecting our roof but offered to help us find alternatives to metal and explain anything about those options that didn't understand, even if we didn't go with them. Due to Covid, we were delayed in making our choice, but Kyle had all the details handy and got back to us within hours of our email. Kyle contacted us every step of the way with details on permits and when they would start. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and got the project done in 2 days. They cleaned up each evening so there was zero mess. Shaun, the Quality Control person, was on site ensuring the crew knew exactly what to do and problem solved our unexpected issues quickly. They also scheduled a service call for later in February to redo the chimney flashing as we encountered some crumbling facade material and the chimney guy is booked out to Feb. Last but not least, the roof looks absolutely beautiful and because of this company's product, it always will. This was the biggest expense of our 22 years of homeownership which was a little scary but I have zero regrets and I smile every time I look at it knowing I will never have to replace this roof ever again!
