I called East Coast Metal roofing and their Project Specialist Andrew arrived within two days to provide an estimate. He provided some suggestions and options to help us alleviate our snow accumulation and ice damn problem, including replacement of the sheathing with thicker plywood and more substantial insulation above our bedroom. We signed the contract on that day and the materials were ordered. The office texted and emailed with a detailed schedule of dumpster and material arrival, and a start date for the work. Andrew called on a Sunday night to remind us of the crew arriving the next day. Shaun, the Quality Control Manager, also called and arrived on the start date to answer questions. The installation team of 4 went right to work and had our large roof on the main house and addition completely replaced and completed in 3 days. The work site was left completely clean and the dumpster was gone in 2 days. The roof is beautiful and we cant wait to watch the snow slide off rather than having to climb up 3 stories and break ice dams with an axe!
