We'll never need another roof on our little cape style house. We love that we no longer roof rake or shovel snow from our house or garage. Also, no more ladders to clean gutters in the fall! When there's a misty day or heavy dew it doesn't sit and soak in, the light layer of water runs off. Additionally, the roof is not louder when it rains, just different. The snow is loud as it cascades off the roof but it is amazing to watch and over in less than a minute.
