As Annie rightly states in her Feb. 2021 review, "Getting anew roof can be stressful...". So true. We live in an antique Cape, approximately 175 years old. Over those years numerous changes have been made-old wood shed added on, kitchen lean-to, bedroom dormer, porch, etc. so, not an easy job, but working with the various members of the ECMR team made it all come together, and they made it look easy. Our salesperson, Andrew, was great to work with, ever ready to answer questions and field any concerns. He gave me some extra time between signing the contract and starting the install to complete some work on the crown molding/facia. Very much appreciated. As soon as I was ready I let Andrew know and he had a crew on site a week later. Sean took over from there, visiting the site numerous times, checking every detail, always asking if we had any questions or concerns. The competence of Andrew and Sean carried right through the installation. I can't say enough good things about Baha and his 2 man crew. They were courteous, respectful, and efficient. They do excellent work. So, yes, getting a new roof can be stressful, but ECMR made the whole process much easier. We couldn't be happier with our new roof. Thanks to all at ECMR.
