From quote to finish it only it took 15 days (we ordered a popular color). Ian was fantastic and always responded promptly when contacted. He knew his product and didn’t try to sell us anything we weren’t looking for or didn’t need. And in case you’re looking for new gutters, they will also do that while they are up there. We were kept in the loop from the beginning as to what was going on and when things would arrive. Financing can be done though them at the time of the quote and you will know what your payment will be. The warranty is terrific and I most likely will never have to replace my roof again…and it is transferable if I were to sell the house. The crew that came out were fantastic, they definitely worked hard (approximately 12 hour days in June) and cleaned up every night before they left, it was as if they were never here. They started work on a Tuesday and basically finished the roofing on Thursday, they came to finish some gutter work on Friday for about 2 hours. They were very respectful while at the house, the only noise we heard were the noise of them working. I would definitely recommend East Coast Metal Roofing to anyone who is looking to replace their roof. They are professional and very helpful. Thanks guys!!!
