No longer have to worry about the asphalt shingles lifting with wind and falling off. Love the "cuffs" on the chimneys. Waited to post until after the first big snowfall so I had a clear picture of the benefits of the roof. The workers installing the roof were dedicated and efficient. They were able to find the places that were leaking that other roofers had not and went above just installing the roof to fix. Only problem - now have to get house painted!
