My experience with East Coast Metal Roofing was nothing short of fantastic. Andrew (Product Specialist) was incredible to work with, but was never pushy or demanding. Andrew showed my wife different examples and explained the whole process to us from start to finish. After less than 24 hours we had signed a contract. The dumpster was delivered and the crew started right away along with George my contact person (Great guy!!!). I wish I had gotten to know the crew’s names but they were non-stop, but extremely meticulous when it came to installing our roof. The company was constantly in touch with us in regards to shipment of materials, who was coming out to see us, and shipment dates. The workers constantly kept our premises clear of any debris during the install and once it was done they did a complete clean up ( I still haven’t found a piece of debris yet!!) During the install Doug (quality control) was at our house to ensure all questions were answered. Overall the experience was incredible and we will always recommend the company to everyone. We now have an incredible roof that I won’t have to worry about for a lifetime…… THANKS, ECMR!!!!!!!!
