Truly an excellent company to work with. Our house is very old with one section dating back to 1769. Andrew, the Product Specialist from ECMR came out and explained that due to the construction of our house, plywood would need to be installed over the existing boards to provide a stable surface for the new materials and also to level the roof which was sagging in places. Once the project began it was determined that one section of roof was in much worse condition than could have been seen prior to removal of the old shingles. To repair this, old boards were replaced, rafters were added which resulted in extra materials and labor. To their credit, ECMR kept to the original price of the project. While the roof was off one worker accidentally put his foot between the attic floor joists, his foot went through the kitchen ceiling, fortunately he was not hurt. George from ECMR did a fantastic job of repairing the ceiling, it truly looks like nothing happened. The crew was very hard working and conscientious, working long days in 90 degree plus weather. They were considerate of our property and did a great job cleaning up. Throughout the time that the crew was here, Keith (ECMR quality control) was on site each day, keeping me informed and communicating back to the office.
