What Homeowners in Connecticut Say

Start to finish one day! And it looks great! Cost more than a regular roof but lasts a lifetime! Best investment I’ve ever made.

We realized that we needed a new roof but wanted something better than the standard roof for the rough winters in our area. We called East Coast roofing, they made an appointment and came to the home quickly and we thought it would be a good investment for our house. They begin to work around the time they specified and completed the work around the time they estimated it would be done. I am amazed with the difference of our house temperature. We always struggled to keep the upstairs warm in the winters and cool in the summers and that is no longer an issue. I highly recommend this company if you want to invest in a good roof for your home.

From start to finish, the whole team at East Coast Metal Roofing was phenomenal. Ian was with us the whole way - providing information, guidance, and assistance with no stress - he always had the answer or knew where to find the answer, and was always a text/call away. Eduardo’s crew was professional and did great work - they were thorough and left the space clean once they were completed. We are appreciative of the detail and care that East Coast Metal Roofing put into our roofing project.

The whole team at East Coast Metal Roofing was awesome! Jenna, Alex and Beau gave us frequent updates and were always ready to answer any of our questions. Beau was mindful, upfront and honest when we were deciding what best fit our needs. Shawn and his crew were prompt, efficient and hard working, and also available if we had any questions. Our roof looks amazing! We would highly recommend ECMR!

East Coast Metal Roofing is by far the best contractor my husband and I have dealt with in our thirty years of homeownership. From the moment Ian came in and and walked us through the product and process we knew our search for a new roof was over. Getting older I just dont want to think about my roof again and the 75yr warranty does just that. The crew they sent was absolutely the best professional contractors I could wish for. The fact a quality control person is assigned to your job and shows up every day is amazing. But beyond all this was the level of communication. I knew what what happening every step of the way including when the crew would show up in AM and leave for lunch ( key to letting my dogs out to potty). I really have zero complaints and only praise for Ian, the Quality Control guys ( wish I could remember their two names) and the actual crew. I cant recommend them highly enough. If in on the fence, go with ECMR. Hands down. I wish it wa a sunny day to show off how stunning the roof is. Oh and throwing away my roof snow rake, and giving away the roof power washer was a bonus. Grateful that maintenance is behind me.

I am delighted to share my experience with East Coast Metal Roofing. Our friend and neighbor had ECMR put on a new metal roof and we were interested. Ian Mochrie visited us and assessed the work to be done on our 1870 house. He was brilliant as he walked us through the process. The crew was great, they cared about doing a good job, and were always responsive to our concerns. Shortly after the job was completed, there were two serious wind and rain events. The new roof shielded us from all of the elements. And the new roof makes the house look fabulous. We made a leap of faith and ECMR took care of the rest. Thanks to all for our safety and for allaying our fears. Five star rating all the way. Don't hesitate in using us as a reference.
