Working with ECMR was one of the best experiences we have ever had with contractors! We saw a home nearby that had ECMR install their roof several months ago. So we decided to call for a quote. Paul F came to give us an estimate. He was very thorough and informative. We felt very comfortable about having the work done. We did call one other company for an estimate, but there was no comparison with the knowledge of construction nor their metal roof product (which cost considerably more). The crew that arrived to do the job was polite, efficient and fast. They cleaned up very well after the job was done. We had a strange issue with water dripping on the deck behind our home where the garage and porch roofs connected. It has been raining, and we are pleased to say that the dripping is gone! Shaun from quality control was here a couple times, and he also was concerned and informative. We also contracted through ECMR to have our gutters replaced. That crew was also very competent and polite. The gutters look great. We had communication with Alex and Jenna from the office. They were both helpful and very fast to respond to our questions. The roof looks amazing! We have already been getting compliments from friends. We can't say enough how pleased we are with the employees and the work of ECMR!!
