We just had a metal roof installed on our log home last week. The roof looks fantastic. We are very happy with the job. Everyone on the team at East Coast Metal Roofing were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about roofing in general and their product in particular. Many thanks to Andrew for doing the estimate and getting the contract details just right. Very appreciative of Jenna’s efforts in the office to schedule a start date and get the dumpster delivered. Totally impressed by the supervisors and quality control manager who came by or stayed on the job site to ensure there were no problems and to answer any questions. But the most praise rightfully goes to Eduardo and his crew who did the installation. They are all hard workers and moved with a purpose to get the job done. They are a happy crew who truly enjoy the work they do. Eduardo seemed to be everywhere. He used his tin snips like a surgeon to make cuts in the metal to fit the flashing around the brick chimney and the other roof obstructions. He also looked over the shoulders of his men in a helpful manner, jumping in to help hold a long piece of ridge vent or flashing while he patiently explained to them to get it just right. He leads by example, doing every part of the work that the others perform. Eduardo is the kind of crew leader or boss that any person would enjoy working with. The clean-up at the end of each day was very thorough, and that was a tough job, seeing the usual mess that happens when stripping shingled roofs. We are very happy with the quality of the product and the professionalism of the entire team. Thank you.
