Update to previous review below: 5 star review- Immediately after posting my review ECMR contacted me and made all necessary changes to ensure our house and screens looked fabulous. It took less than a week for them to address all of my concerns. The customer service after that initial experience was on a whole different level of attentive! And we love our roof. The snow slides off perfectly and we’ve noticed a significant difference in our heating costs. Thank you ECMR for making things right and addressing my concerns! 3 star review: ECMR- I so badly wanted to give this business a better review but there have been some inconsistencies in communication. Let’s start off with all of the positive- the quote process was super easy! And the communication was fabulous. The people that answer the phone were always friendly and as helpful as they could be even if they didn’t have all of the information. The product- it looks fabulous and we have already noticed a difference in our house maintaining heat! The crew- worked their butts off in 90 degree weather non stop to get our roof done. We were so thankful with how diligent they were. Okay, now the not so great stuff. We had a unique financing situation and yes it was complicated, but it was so difficult to get someone on the phone about it to clarify information. I called multiple times and so did my husband. We eventually got in contact with someone, but it was much more difficult than the quote process. While I by no means want to speak ill of anyone- it seemed like after the company had us sign a contract, we were less of a priority. Multiple incorrect numbers were sent to us and it was a big purchase so that was frustrating! Additionally, a few of our screens were ripped by the crew- I get it, and it happens, but when my husband mentioned it he was told “we will get back to you.” No one has gotten back to us. We have an older home with unique sized screens and to replace them is very pricey! They weren’t small holes or knicks either. Overall, love the product but there are some hiccups in the process. I still think out of the companies that quoted us ECMR was a good choice. In full transparency there was some frustration along the way!
