ECMR from start to finish was great to work with. From the beginning quoting process to the end result was a very organized, productive and stress free experience. Product specialist, Paul came to house, asked what we were looking for, explained the material, the benefits of the product, and was forthcoming with the process and the pricing. Alex, the office administrator kept in contact, explained exactly what was going to happen, when they were going to start to project, and when payments were due. There was no wondering if or when someone was going to show up. The crew was excellent, setting up the materials to protect the house, cleaning the shingles, nails, etc. They worked hard from morning to night, showed up on time and never left until they day was over. During the process, Doug (handles quality control) came by to make sure the job was going accordingly and at the end of the project did a walk around to make sure everything looked up to ECMR’S standards. I would recommend their company to anyone looking for a new roof!
